Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has been presented with his fourth Golden Shoe award setting a new record.
In a ceremony on Tuesday, after scoring 48 times in the 2014-15 season, the three-time Ballon d’or winner collected the award, given to Europe’s highest goalscorer over a season, ahead of archrival Lionel Messi, as the Barcelona talisman managed a total of 43 goals.
Cristiano has won the award on three previous occasions, twice while at current club Real Madrid and once when playing for Premier League giants Manchester United.
