With the frequency of n*dity in the Nigerian movie industry, a popular actress has admitted her intent to play a n*de role if the price is right.

Chelsea Eze who is  one of the up-and-coming Nollywood actresses in a chat with Sunday Scoop, said she can  act n*de if the nude scene is done in a tasteful manner.

“If the opportunity comes with a good story and the money is right, I can act nude. As long as it’s tastefully done, I am okay with it,” she said.
She went further to say that she won’t be able to do a full frontal n*de.

“I will not be able to do a full frontal. I am not particular about what I am showing or what I am not showing. As an actor, you should be able to go the extra mile to portray certain character. There was no way the scene where Lupita Njong was nude could have been done without her going nude.  If the story warrants that I go naked, of course I will do it because I am an actor before anything.”

When reminded that Nigerian society frowns at nudity and there might be a backlash, the fair-skinned actress said if the film was worth it, she could live with the backlash.  “I’m weary of the backlash because as human beings, some comments will get to me but at the end of the day I am an actor.”

She informed Sunday Scoop, that the fee for acting nude would have to be in millions and insisted that her future husband would have to understand that acting is make-believe.

Thirty one years after his administration was toppled in a military coup, President Muhammadu Buhari has finally opened up on why he was sacked.

 

President Muhammadu Buhari Buhari said in an exclusive interview granted The Interview, that he was removed from office because he was planning to purge the military hierarchy of corruption.

 

Buhari, who has not spared the military even in his ongoing anti-corruption war, said senior military leaders, led by former military president, General Ibrahim Babangida and General Aliyu Gusau, removed him in August 1985, to save themselves from his wrath.

 

In an exclusive interview published in the current edition of The Interview magazine, Buhari challenged Babangida and Gusau to tell the truth on why they carried out the coup against him. “I learnt,” he said, “that Aliyu Gusau, who was in charge of intelligence, took import licence from the ministry of commerce which was in charge of supplies and gave it to Alhaji Mai Deribe.

 

“It was worth N100,000, a lot of money at that time. I confronted them and took the case to the Army council in a memo…I wanted Gusau punished.” In a statement on www: theinterview.com.ng, the Managing Director/Editor-in-chief of The Interview, Azu Ishiekwene, said, “This is one edition that won’t let sleeping dogs lie.” But in an earlier edition of the magazine last December, Babangida had said that that there was nothing in the memo which Buhari said he submitted to the Army council. IBB said: “Don’t forget that I was one of Buhari’s closest aides. I was the chief of army staff. So, I had an important position, an important role to play within that administration. I don’t think it had to do with a memo.”

  But in a tone which suggested that the past may neither have been forgotten nor forgiven, Buhari challenged Babangida and Gusau to come clean on why they removed him, asking The Interview to choose whose story to believe. He also fielded questions about his health, the 2016 budget, the pace of his government, former President Goodluck Jonathan and why Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola was handed three ministerial portfolios.

Meet the boy with a magnetic body that can attract metals

A footage has shown a youngster sticking metal objects to his body which acts like a human magnet.
Nine-year-old Mehmet Sumbul saw somebody doing the stunt on TV and decided to give it a go himself.

Much to his surprise he had the special power too and as the footage shows he can put metal spoons and forks on his chest and back and they just stick.

The youngster told local media that his body can also do the same trick with screws, metal ashtrays as well as mobile phones.

Mehmet lives with his parents, Huseyin and Aysu, in the city of Antalya on the south western coast of Turkey. He told reporters: “I am seen as a strange person. When I’m angry, my magnetic field becomes stronger. Now I have a fork and a spoon on my body, I feel like a magnet.”

His dad Huseyin added: “He can attract any type of small kitchenware.

“I haven’t taken him to the hospital because he has no health issues.

The phenomenon is sometimes referred to as ‘human magnetism’ and some have said they can also attract other types of materials, such as glass, porcelain, wood or plastic.

Many mainstream scientists however believe that it is in fact nothing more than unusually greasy skin.

Francis Taiwo, the pastor who chained his 9-year-old son for weeks, has been arrested.

The Ogun State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed the arrest, said the suspect was arrested on Sunday, with the assistance of his church members.

The suspect had been on the run since police and officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, burst into his church on Friday to rescue the victim, Korede.

The victim’s stepmother had earlier been arrested by the police who announced that the malnourished boy will be handed to the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Welfare for further rehabilitation.

Mr. Adejobi said Mr. Taiwo, a pastor at the Key of Joy Celestial Church, Ajibawo, Atan-Ota town‎ of Ogun State, will be charged to court as soon as investigations are completed.

A spokesman to the firm,Bradley Chavet, said men would only need to choose a drink and prostitute using a tablet. Then they can sit and relax at the bar, sipping their coffee and enjoying the process. He added: “In five or ten minutes, it’s all over.”
